Been offered a place? Start here.

Enrol online with Hubworks. Each parent completes and submits a Hubworks enrolment. The parent who applied to Centrelink for Child Care Subsidy must be added as Parent 1.
Add your CCS reference numbers. Register your child for Child Care Subsidy and enter both the parent and child reference numbers on your enrolment before your child's start date — otherwise full fees apply until Centrelink reimburses you (if eligible).
Complete your forms. Fill in the Children's Form and any health forms below. For the iPay fee schedule and the permission forms, email us and we'll send them to you. Completed forms go tomarie@teenieweenies.net.au.
Keep your details up to date. Once accepted, Hubworks emails you a login so you can update immunisation records, contact numbers and emergency contacts, and view statements and payments.

Action plans and medication forms: please attach a letter from your child's doctor. Medication will only be given if it is clearly labelled with your child's full name, date of birth, dosage and frequency — see our Medical Conditions Policy below.
